High-end custom homes are our expertise. We work with architects to provide structural designs that conform to the intent of the architect, yet are easily understandable by the contractor. We are familiar with contemporary styles including curved roof or walls, cantilevers, eyebrows, large windows, mixed construction materials and offset walls. We have designed thousands of high end custom homes, including hundreds of homes over $5,000,000 each.

Working with many of the best high-end custom home architects in the nation allows us to keep pace with the latest styles and provide solutions for innovative architectural challenges. We are in constant communication with our clients throughout the design-build process.

No matter the challenge, Vector provides a value design. Working closely with architects during the design phase results in minimal changes during construction. If questions arise we provide answers rapidly and in conjunction with builder and architect recommendations. Vector employees expeditiously travel to any site in the nation if necessary to observe construction and answer questions.
