Vector Structural Engineers are experts at designing multi-family structures. We know how to optimize the design where the repetitive nature of the structure makes it susceptible to minor modifications that can have a significant impact on price. We work closely with the architect, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, truss manufacturer and builder to maximize value for our clients. We have extensive experience coordinating multi-family structures in many states.

We are familiar with various construction materials and methods used in multi-family structures (timber or steel framing, concrete tilt-up, masonry, post-tension and reinforced concrete, mixed construction, etc.) and have extensive experience across the nation - so we can provide recommendations and 'best practices' to save construction time and money.

Vector Engineers has experience with unique multi-family structures, including basements, parking garages, PT concrete slabs, special fire code and combinations of different building materials. Vector employees expeditiously travel to any site in the nation if necessary to observe construction and answer questions.
